For safety, trim the wick and place the candle on a heat-resistant surface. Keep candles out of reach, use in well-ventilated areas, and away from drafts. Never leave them unattended.
When using on skin extinguish flame first. Then use wax on your skin. be sure to massage it in well. Never use/pour wax while candle is still holding a flame (lit).

After your order is placed, there is a processing time of 24-48 business hours. Once your order ships, a confirmation email will be sent to you to with detailed tracking information. You can also find your shipping details by logging into your account. Please note that while we don't foresee any delays after the parcel has shipped, these events may occur. Please contact us in the event our carrier is delayed, and we will be happy to help locate the parcel for you.

Returns/ Refunds.
Our policy is 14 days for returns. You must request a return within 14 days of the shipment delivery date.
You have 30 days for an exchange. If you have passed 30 days since your purchase, unfortunately, we can not offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
